Holy Name Of Mary recently sold the decade-long shuttered St. Julian EYMARD property, at the rear of Behrman Park, to the Crescent Leadership Academy, a public, Type 5 Charter School, administered under the authority of the Louisiana Board of Secondary and Elementary Education (BESE). Crescent Leadership Academy has already made repairs and renovations to the old St. Julian EYMARD classroom building and the office/cafeteria. Next, they will tend to the rectory and the church itself. The proceeds from this sale are being used to make repairs to Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church
