ORGAN HISTORICAL INFORMATION |
|||
According to the OUSCDB database, there were five organs and one upgrade of an existing organ. Prior to the installation of the Austin shown above, records indicate that a Goodrich 3 manual, 3 division, 17 stop organ was delivered in the 1800's. In the 1820's, a Hall and Erben organ of 3 manuals and 22 stops was delivered. In the 1870s, a Hutchings Opus 40, consisting of 2 manuals, 3 divisions and 16 ranks was supplied. In 1910, the present Austin was supplied, and at some point during the 1900's, an additional rank, believed to be an exposed trumpet, was installed. |
